- credit card battery (like this one)
- extra bottle of water
- mylar blanket
- first aid kit
- cell phone (or something that uses satellites like a SPOT or a Garmin inReach)
- ICE card (card – bracelet examples)
- weather radio (some even come with hand cranks and USB chargers)
